New look for Buncrana woman after she loses five stone in five months

A Buncrana mother of two “feels like a new woman” after losing a whopping five stone three pounds in weight in just five months. Sinead Stewart began her incredible transformation on January 4 this year at 14st 10lbs and reached her target weight of 9st 7lbs a few weeks ago, with an average weight loss of four pounds a week. Speaking to the Inish Times, a delighted Sinead, who dropped six dress sizes, explained she had achieved the staggering loss with the aid of Lipotrim, a nutrient complete food replacement programme coupled with expert help from providers Belmont Pharmacy in Derry. She revealed while she had tried numerous diets over the years, she found this was the one she had been waiting for. “I had tried every diet you can think of – you name it, I tried it. The diet consists of three protein shakes each day. You’re allowed black tea or coffee, lots of water and no solids at all. I also had digestive problems but I haven’t had them since. Even my skin is so much clearer and – touch wood – I used to suffer from migraine and I haven’t had one of those either. The difference has just been unbelievable. She’s also finding that people she’s known for years are ignoring her – but not intentionally. “A lot of people that haven’t seen me in a while don’t recognise me! They can’t believe the change. It also gives you so much confidence. I love going shopping for clothes now, you look in the mirror and think: ‘I can’t believe that’s me’.” Sinead explained she has had strong support the whole way through her lifestyle change. “My mother and brother have been really, really supportive as were my two children.
